EXCHANGE / RETURN/ REFUND THIS PRODUCT
You can only return a product at the time of delivery. Once your delivery person arrives, you can check the product. If it does not match your expectation as shown in the website/facebook page, you can return it.
However, if you made a full/partial payment for the product's price via SSL Commerz or any other form of Cash/Online Payment we will be need upto 10 Days to refund the money via Bank or any other preferred Payment system.
We will only allow this option in these following scenarios:
In the case you want to exchange the product, you must notify us via our customer service center given above within 24 hours of receiving the product. You can also choose the same product for an exchange or a new product on our website. "Change of mind" can't be a good reason to initate a return/exchange procedure. Hence, there will be no option for change/exchange for a delivered product once you take "Home Delivery".

Step 3: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We’ll send you the product you want to exchange or the same product in “Exchange” Condition. If applicable you should pay the additional fees.

For additional lens orders, as we need to customize the lens based on your personalized prescription and requirement, we cannot offer exchange or refund in this circumstances. However, we will do our best to resolve any issues you may face.
